Workshop-Description:
Poetry Infusion is an artistic practice that enriches your everyday life through a poetic perception of the world. We stroll, take notes, take photos, and sketch. We discover the extraordinary and the surprising in the seemingly ordinary. We seek beauty in the familiar. We bring more sparkle to our everyday lives.
Let your mind wander as you walk, look, think, and take notes; give space to chance and poetry—whatever words, things, colors, images, sounds, and smells come to you.
Playfully and experimentally, we move between text and image. We try out different short text forms, montages, collages, and visual poetry.
You can enhance your texts with images, design postcards, and find entirely new forms for your words and sentences, sending them out into the world. There are no limits to your imagination.

Please bring:
- scissors, glue
- writing supplies, and your favorite pens.
- The artist will provide all kinds of pens, various paper sizes, and clipboards.

The Artist:
Brigitta Höpler, born in 1966, lives and works in Vienna. She is an art historian, author, writing instructor, and lecturer at BÖS, the Professional Association of Austrian Writing Instructors. Her work focuses on the city as a space for writing, visual poetry, and the scarcity of poetry. She has produced numerous projects, texts, and publications on art, the city, and writing.
