Workshop-description:
Zentangle is a drawing technique that’s particularly well-suited for people who want to try their hand at drawing. On small squares of paper (or larger ones, depending on your skill level and preference), patterns emerge that combine, blend into one another, and intertwine.
While the basic technique requires only paper, a fineliner, a pencil, and a paper eraser, there are ultimately no limits to the use of other materials. "No mistakes” is the motto! Various tangles are built up and explained stroke by stroke, so that everyone can easily follow along and then let their creativity run wild. It is also possible to create three-dimensional objects based on the basic structures developed.
We would like to thank Ölmühle Fandler for their hospitality and for providing us with this beautiful space to use as a studio for this workshop.
