Workshop description:
Immerse yourself in the fascinating world of precious metal working and discover the traditional craftsmanship of silversmithing and casting.
We will learn the basics of casting pewter and silver using the Ossa Sepia technique. This ancient technique allows you to create unique shapes and textures that give your cast object an individual character and discover the fascinating technique of silversmithing and foldforming, in which non-ferrous and precious metals are shaped by folding, pressing and hammering. It is possible to forge a brooch (antique clasp), but you can also just get involved with the material and find out for yourself where the journey takes you. We will guide you step by step to realize your ideas.
