Workshop description

In this workshop, we will look at the possibility of duplicating a simple mold and creating a fantastic object from the resulting individual parts.

From a smaller object or a simply modeled form, we will make a one-piece plaster impression mold. We use this after a drying phase and squeeze it out with clay to duplicate the form. Through experimentation, we explore different ways of joining the individual parts. In the next step, we create our fantastic object from the serially produced parts and free construction, and the finished object can be painted with colorful engobes if desired.

The finished object can be fired and glazed after an appropriate drying phase. However, this is not part of this workshop.

Please bring along:

Modeling tools, knife, spray bottle, wheel, brush, work board, plastic foil, packing material

Material fee:
A material fee of 20 euros is payable for 10 kilos of clay and colored engobes. If desired, the figure can be fired - this will be charged separately.

Price:

€ 380,- (excl. Materialkosten)
